Series 810

The HV-100 Series is a highly efficient heavy duty hardness testing machine series that is ideal for shop floor and laboratory. It offers you the following benefits:

Optional configuration for a wide range of testing applications to secure future-proof testing schedules
A long working distance greatly reduces the possibility of collision.
A range of six different objectives: 2x, 5x, 10X, 20X, 50X and 100X for measuring indentation images.
Use 2x objective lens and automatic XY stages for stitching overview images
LED lighting gives you an observation image in natural colour, with better contrast, as well as longer operation.
Software AVPAK-20 offers a multitude of options for automatic measurement and statistics.
Test forces range from 0,3 - 30kg (HV-120) and 1 -50kg (HV-110).
Vickers, Knoop, Brinell and KC fracture toughness measurement.
Supports Brinelltest up to 62,5KG with an optional test force weight.
